1. What is The G.O.D.S Digital OOH cyber sale all about?
The Great Outdoor Digital Sale (G.O.D.S) is the first ever cyber sale for Digital Out of Home media for marketers and media buyers. You get to buy audience-targeted packages at deeply discounted prices of up to 65% within a limited 5-day window. It provides a cost effective solution to plan your 2017 marketing campaigns to reach out to Youths, Families, Travelers and Working Adults both domestically and/or regionally.
2. Why do I need to sign up for the all access Promo Code?
The all access Promo Code is required when you login during the sale period to buy your audience targeted packages.
3. How do I buy these packages?
If not done already, please login to www.movingaudiences.asia/GODS and register to obtain a promo code
Login with your email id (used in the Registration process) and use the Promo code as the password. Proceed to select the packages that are relevant for you. You have the option to buy these audience-targeted packages for periods of 3/6/9 or 12 months.
Each package you book will require a binding commitment to pay the booking fee of RM5000 (Domestic Malaysia Buy) or SGD1750 (Domestic Singapore Buy) or USD1140 (Cross Border/ Regional Buy) within 1 week from the booking date via Cheque, Bank draft or Direct Transfer
A verification e-mail will be delivered to your registered e-mail account to verify your booking order along with payment details.
A booking confirmation e-mail will be sent to you to complete the transaction offline with our sales consultant.
4. How are the Audience Targeted Packages organised and determined?
The Audience Targeted packages are segmented as Youth, Working Adults, Family, Shopper & Traveller. Each Audience Targeted package has a few variants.
This is due to variation in locations, screen types and etc. Each variant package is organised into calendar month quarters - Jan to Mar, April to June, July to September and October to December.
The number of packages booked is determined by the example illustrated below:-
  • For example the Youth Package has 8 variants from Youth Package 1 to Youth Package 8.
  • If you pick 4 x 3 calendar month quarters (12 months) across the variant packages or within the same variant in the Youth Segment it will be considered as 1 package booked (as long as it does not exceed 12 months.)
  • If you pick 5 x 3 calendar month quarters (15 months) across the variant packages or within the same variant in the Youth Segment and one other, it will be considered as 2 packages booked ( based on multiples of 12 months.)
  • If you pick 4 x 3 calendar month quarters across the different Audience Targeted Packages, it will be considered as 4 packages booked.
5. Can I customise these packages further?
Yes, this feature can be unlocked with a minimum 6-month package buy. There will be a nominal customization fee based on your requirements. However, you can rest assured, the audience-targeted packages on offer have been optimized for maximum reach and impact for your money.
6. Can I change the package ad run dates after I have made the booking?
Yes, you will have a 4-week grace period to make changes if you so wish contingent upon availability of inventory. Any changes after this period will incur a handling fee of RM2000 or SGD750 or USD460 subject to inventory availability.
7. How and when I can utilise the packages I bought?
You can utilize these packages based on ad run dates you have selected. Just submit your video content materials to us 7 working days before your planned Ad run dates. You can start utilizing G.O.D.S. packages from January 2017 to December 2017 depending on the packages purchased.
8. Do I need to reformat my video content according to the screen sizes I bought?
We will facilitate this service at no cost to you. You will only be required to submit your video content in a predetermined format that will be stipulated in the booking confirmation order. Furthermore, this service will remain free for the duration of the package that you have booked as long as the content changes are only effected once in 3 months.
If you require more than 1 change in a 3-month period, a handling fee of RM2000 or SGD650, as applicable, will be required for every additional change.
All resizing and formatting can be handled by Moving Walls provided that the required media is supplied in its pre-determined format. Details will be provided by Moving Walls upon purchase.
9. What kind of ad proof of run would you provide?
A screen shot of the Ad will be sent to you within the day of the Ad going live.
10. How would I be eligible for the Apple product prizes?
Every package you book entitles you to it. For each package booked, you will be provided with an online link that gives you access to play a simple game. The number of Try/ Tries to play this game is dependent on the package you purchased - 3 months – 1 try, 6 months – 2 Tries, 9 months – 3 Tries & 12 months – 4 Tries.
The more Tries, better your chances of winning. Each try has a probability of more than 33% chance of winning. A detailed guide to play the game and to claim your prize is outlined at the game site.
Do take note, for each package booked, you are only eligible to win 1 prize regardless of the number of tries accorded
11. What’s the purpose of my Early Bird Bonus Try?
The Early Bird Bonus Try is your ace in the hole. In case the Try/Tries accorded to the package you booked did not work out for you, the Bonus Try gives you another shot at the game.
The good news is Bonus Try can be carried forward to other packages you may buy in the event it was not utilised in the previous buy.
12. How do I make payments and by when?
Payment can be made with bank draft or Direct Bank transfer to account.
Step 1 – Every package you book will require the booking fee of RM5000 (Domestic Malaysia Buy) or SGD1750 (Domestic Singapore buy) or USD1140 (Cross Border/ Regional Buy) to be paid within 1 week from booking date.
Step 2 - A pro-rated monthly payment Schedule would accompany each booking you make. The first pro-rated monthly payment commences 1 week in advance to ad in-charge date of the package/ packages booked. Subsequent payments follow suit on a monthly basis from thereon.
The booking fee will be deducted from the last pro-rated monthly due.
